We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
I am trying to create a very large table (~24,000 rows) from a csv input file, via wpDataTable Constructor. When I upload the file, not all rows get uploaded (only ~20,000).
Here is what I did:
1) In wpDataTable constructor, I chose "I would like to read the initial table data from an input file..."
2) I uploaded the csv file and clicked "Next".
3) After a brief pause, the Table Creation Wizard showed the columns (none of which needed modification).
4) I clicked "Create the table and open in editor". (I did not actually wish to edit anything in the table, but there is no option to simply create the table.)
5) It takes a long time for the table to be created...I waited several minutes and the progress wheel did not finish.
6) If I use shortcode to display the table (in a new tab, because the Table Creation Wizard doesn't finish), not all of the rows are shown (only ~20,000 out of ~24,000).
Thanks very much in advance for your help,
Charlotte

Hi oceangenomelegacy,
Thank you for your purchase.
Can you please send me you CSV file so I can take a look?
Yes, thanks for offering to take a look!
Hi Charlotte,
I have tried in my localhost and it imported 23,315 of 23,315 rows.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Replay so nobody can see it except us.
Hi Charlotte,
Please send me a link of your website.
Hi Milos,
Oops, sorry for leaving that out!

I'm using wpDataTables on this page: http://www.northeastern.edu/ogl/catalog-test-4
Hi Charlotte,
I have created a table with wpDataTables constructor and also it imported 23,315 of 23,315 rows. You can take a look at wpDataTables support table with ID 8.
Hi Milos,
Thank you, your table is working nicely. Just now, I was able to successfully re-create the table as well (ID 9).
I guess yesterday's problem must have been on my side or something temporary?
Thank you so much! We're very impressed with wpDataTables for our scientific needs.
Hi Charlotte,
You are welcome. We'd greatly appreciate it if you could take a minute and leave a review on CodeCanyon on this link. Thanks!
