We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Cannot see table in Safari on iPhone after checking "hide on mobile" column boxes

I am attempting to make my tables appear more refined in mobile environments.  To do this, I have checked the "hide on mobile" boxes for several columns on my Events & Services table on the URL included in this ticket.  However, now I cannot see the table at all in Safari on iPhone (iOS 10.0.2).  I can see it on iPhone when using Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome, though.  Is there something I am missing?  Thank you in advance!

    Hi Angela,

I didn't have any problems previewing your table on iPhone or iPad as you can see in the attachment. Please try on another devices to see if this problem is your iPhone specific.

You know what it was?  I was browsing in "Private" mode when I viewed my site, which cause the tables to be invisible.  How odd!  I'm not sure why that would make a difference.  Thank you for your reply!

    Hi Angela,

In private mode storing data on devices is disabled and we need that option for our plugin responsive feature.

If you really need it to work in private mod I could make changes to the code but it will slow down responsive features.
