We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi,

I get the famous "wpDataTables backend error: Please provide a valid 2-dimensional array" error, despite of the fact I published the table like said in your documentations (video and web page).

I don't understand why, if I do a test with two columns "A" and "B" all is good, but not with this kind of table : https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1mGv_RZ6X-Uov9nZZ8WdCx8ucmrfkJSVkjcSbgLXGZGg/edit?usp=sharing

    Could you help me please?

    Hi Marc,
    Thank you for your purchase.

Can you try to remove last column and try again because that is not the way how to insert URL links and also to remove Formula from N column?

    Hi,

I followed your advices, but still the same error, even if I wait for 5-10 minutes (for cache reasons)...

    Hi Marc,

Can you provide me permission so I can edit your Google Spreadsheet file?

    Done, on your email address.

    Hi Marc,

It is because special characters in column headers. Please try now where I have removed them. You can later add your original column headers names in Optional Column Setup in Display Header fields.

    Many many many thanks.

Do you have an idea on how can I replace link by a "Download" button ?

    Hi Marc,

Please take a look at this documentation about URL link columns type - Text - Video

Rendering rules: If the content of the cells contains a combination of “two sticks” – || – then everything to the left of this combination is used as an URL address for the link, and everything to the right as displayed text. I.e., this:

    http://wpdatatables.com||Check out wpDataTables

    will be rendered as this:

    Check out wpDataTables
