I have a few minor quirks related to rendering tables in a Bootstrap-based theme from Nimbus that I wanted to seek your advice on:
1. Select boxes appear below the horizontal scroll bar and header in Chrome, Firefox and IE. Is it possible to set a z-index to ensure that they are always on top?
2. Bounding borders appear consistently in Firefox but not in Chrome and Firefox. Can a CSS adjustment be made here as well?
3. I've noticed that for this site and even the TMS site that IE 11 is not rendering the chevrons in the pagination control. Is this a known limitation?
