Thanks for a great plugin. I've managed to connect my Google Sheet and display it on one of my site pages, but there seems to be a conflict with the Theme's CSS - seems related to the .header.
My page can be viewed at http://www.asdwadev.dreamhosters.com/member-surveys/
Is there a custom CSS, or other trick, I can use to correct the header display?
There's also an issue with the filter buttons.
Ultimately, I'd like the entire table to be displayed 100% across the page, with the headers and filters displayed proper. Any help is greatly appreciated.

This is question for theme developer. As I can see it looks like theme option or plugin which is used for sticky header causing this behavior. Please try to turn off that feature and see does that helps
