Hello.
- When a user makes an appointment from the website, they receive an email notification and another one via WhatsApp.
- When the admin books an appointment from the backend, the user only receives the email notification, but not the WhatsApp notification.
How can we activate the WhatsApp notification in this case?

Thanks for reaching out to us. Please make sure to configure the phone number in the customer information. When customers book from the front end, they enter their phone numbers, and WhatsApp messages are sent to that number. When booking from the backend, you can only select a customer who has already entered a phone number.
Make sure to insert the phone number, try again and let me know if it works.

That’s because I was referring to the Customer information, not the Appointment window. When you go to the Customers section, you need to select a specific customer and enter the customer’s phone number there.
