FINAL DAYS FOR SUPPORT ON THIS PLATFORM
As mentioned through banners and newsletters, starting Sunday (June 1st), we're transitioning to a new support system that will be available through your store accounts (for premium/paid users) or directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder (for pre-purchase questions) through a support widget in the bottom right corner.
Starting June 1st, you’ll no longer be able to reply to existing tickets or open new ones on this platform. Instead, please use the "Submit a Ticket" option, which will redirect you to the right page where you can easily reach out to us.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi Amelia
I have a rental of X where you choose variable X+1 or X-1 or X+5. Can I create X as a variable product in woocommerce and then in services assign a variable to fx. service "X+1" and then another variable of the same product to "X-1".
It's important that customers cannot select other variables, but simply stick to the one assigned to a given service...
Hello,
Thanks for your message!
Just to better understand your setup — could you please clarify the following:
Are you trying to sell WooCommerce variable products through Amelia services?
Do you want each service in Amelia to be linked to a specific variation of a WooCommerce product, without allowing the customer to switch to other variations?
Is the goal to control availability or pricing through WooCommerce variations?
Once I have a clearer picture of how you're planning to structure this, I’ll be happy to advise on the best way to set it up — or let you know if any limitations apply.
Looking forward to your response!
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Hi Uros
I am setting up a product for each service to charge through Woo. In the process it can become cumbersome with a lot of products, one per service, so I wonder if variable is an option, for simplicity in woo. Thx
Hello HB,
Thank you for your message.
At the moment, using variable products in WooCommerce for services in Amelia is not supported. Each service requires a separate simple product to be created and linked for payment processing.
We understand this can be cumbersome, and we appreciate your feedback — it's something we hope to improve in the future.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
