Configuration for overnight stay

Hello, I'm trying to configure amelia for one of my customers. He wants to offer overnight stays in his establishment. So I'm using the service module.

    I have several questions:

Is it possible to offer several days in 1 booking instead of day-by-day bookings?

Prices may vary depending on the time of year, is it possible to predict prices in advance?

The base price is for 2 adults, with an option to pay for additional children, what's the best way to integrate this?

Is it mandatory to have an employee for a department?

Can we choose what is visible in the booking summary? as I've entered 24 hours for a booking, for example, it displays “10:00 AM - 10:00 AM” and I don't want that to be visible.

Do you have customers who use amelia to make overnight reservations? it might be interesting to see how they did it.

Thank you very much, have a nice day

    Hi Adam,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, it's not currently possible to configure bookings that span multiple days — the maximum duration for a single service is 24 hours. You can only set up timeslots within that 24-hour window.

Pricing can be configured per service and per employee, so it is possible to set different prices depending on the time of the year.

Please note that at least one employee must be assigned to a service, as timeslots are generated based on the employee's work hours configuration.
Also, the date format can be adjusted in your WordPress settings.

    I hope it helps.

    Kind Regards,
