We have been experiencing many issues regarding availability not being accurately represented through the Amelia booking tool over the last month or so.
Times that are blocked in Google Calendar are showing as available in Amelia. Time zones are synchronized. Calendars have been disconnected and reconnected. We have tried to troubleshoot various ways on our end and nothing is yielding a positive result.
Meanwhile, when setting up the calendars in Trafft, the sister product of Amelia, we see accurate representations of the availability, which leads me to believe that there is something seriously wrong with Amelia for one reason or another.
It has left us losing confidence in the product for use. (Un)fortunately Trafft exists to step in and we're now having to migrate everyone over to that, but it really shouldn't come to that.
Hi Matthew,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Have you checked if the timeslots are marked as busy on the Google Calendar? Since you've already tried time zones and reconnecting calendars, you can also try increasing the maximum number of events returned in Google Calendar integration settings. This is configured to 50, but i will help in use cases like this.
Let me know if it works, of course.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
