In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Request for Automatic Handling of Waiting List for Event Bookings

    Amelia currently supports a waiting list for events, but when a spot becomes available, we have to manually move people from the waiting list into the event.

    This manual process is problematic—especially when multiple cancellations happen shortly before an event. For example, if 5 out of 10 participants cancel just hours before a course, we’re left with open spots that can’t be booked in time, and coaches have to repeatedly check and manage the waiting list manually.

    Is it possible to automate this process so that when a spot opens, the next person on the waiting list is automatically moved into the event?
