I have Woocommerce enabled on my website, I am just struggling to understand how the payments work.
It takes me to a basket/checkout page that I am assuming is prebuilt by woocommerce. Does anyone have any advice on starting the process with amelia to set up card payments please?
Thanks.
Hi Mark,
Thanks for reaching out to us. That is WooCommerce’s default behavior. Each payment method has its own checkout page, except for the Stripe payment method. These payment methods are third-party, as Amelia doesn’t have its own payment processing and doesn’t collect payments directly.
The credit card option can be integrated through Stripe or PayPal, or, as you mentioned, via WooCommerce.
You can find more information on this link.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
