We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi guys,
I have just bought your plugin and I really like the look of it and the interface. I work for a training company, we mainly use Eventbrite for our first aid courses. I am testing your booking form at the moment and I was wondering how do I create services for specific dates (the form puts the service on every day between mon-fri).
For example I want a 3 d ay first aid course to run on a specific 3 days and not every day in the calendar (excluding saturday/sunday) if that makes sense?
Also I was wondering if you could give me some quick advice on setting up payments with woocommerce as that is the route I will be going with.
Thanks.
Hello Mark,
Thank you for your message and kind words!
To set up a service for specific dates only (like a 3-day first aid course), you can use the "Special Days" feature under the employee’s working hours. This allows you to define availability for just those three days.
Please note that single appointments cannot exceed 24 hours in duration. So, for a 3-day course, you would typically create a recurring service or list each day separately as an individual service slot.
As for WooCommerce payments, once you have WooCommerce installed and configured with your preferred payment methods, simply enable WooCommerce Integration in Amelia’s payment settings, and the booking flow will route payments through WooCommerce checkout.
Let us know if you’d like help with any of these steps!
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Yeh I am really confused with the woocommerce integration, it creates this default checkout page which is all over the place.
I would just like them to be able to pay in the service box, you fill your details, book the service and then pay?
Thanks.
