On the academic catch-up service (see the link) the employee is connected to his google agenda, the settings are not to allow to propose in front of the slot when the slots on the agenda are not available, it works very well over 2 to 3 days (for example Tuesday, May 20, the unavailable slots are unavailable on Amelia in front, but on the following week, the google calendar has slots taken but Amelia offers in front of the slots still in availability BUT when we want them reserved, once the infirmations filled, this indicates an error as the slot is unavailable may that Amelia proposed it among the available schedules to choose)

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Events from Google Calendar will not be displayed in Amelia but busy events from Google Calendar will block time slots in Amelia. For that purpose, please make sure that the "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots" option is enabled on the Amelia/Settings/Integrations/Google Calendar page. Also, you can increase the "Maximum Number Of Events Returned" option as well.
