We are having a glitch with the functionality of the Amelia calendar on a client site. Amelia is synced with their Outlook. The client has indicated in their Outlook that they are booked all day but their name is still displaying in the Amelia view on the website. Then, when a user clicks on the name, no available times show up for that lawyer. Ideally, when a lawyer is not available on a date in Outlook, their name should not be displaying at all under that specific date on the Amelia calendar.
An example I can show show you is Pete Schroeder. Some days, he is hidden when he's unavailable, and other days his name shows even though he has no available times. This is confusing for users. See screenshots to see a specific case where this is happening with Pete Schroeder on June 26, 2025. Is there a solution for this glitchy functionality? It's not user friendly for website visitors.

Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, that is not possible — this form is specific and functions differently. However, it's important to note that this is the outdated 1.0 form, which is no longer maintained. It’s used by less than 3% of our users, and for that reason, it will not be upgraded to version 2.0.
All other booking forms have already been replaced with their 2.0 versions. Since the legacy forms are no longer supported, they may encounter various issues, and none of the new features are available for them. We strongly recommend replacing outdated forms with one of the new 2.0 versions.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly ask you to open separate tickets for each question so we can assist you more efficiently.
Wishing you all the best and a wonderful day ahead.
Kind regards,
Marko Davidovic

Thanks for the response.
As far as updated booking forms that have been replaced with their 2.0 versions, is there one that would somewhat mirror how this outdated one functions? If you could offer a suggestion for one that may have a similar layout and functionality, that would be appreciated.
Hello Ella,
Thank you for your patience.
At the moment, none of the 2.0 forms fully mirror the layout and functionality of the legacy Search Booking form, but the Catalog Booking Form 2.0 will soon be updated to reflect a similar structure — with category/service filters, search capability, and a cleaner service-first browsing experience.
Once this update is released, it should offer a much closer match to what you're used to with the outdated form. We'll make sure to let all users know once it's live.
If you have specific features or layout preferences you're looking to replicate, feel free to share them — we’d be happy to recommend the best alternative in the meantime.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
