Hi,
I want to remove myself from the booking system front end as I am not looking to take any new clients on and want to fill my employees diary with new bookings.
I am still looking after current clients so need to be able to book them in on the back end. I have selected on the service don’t show on site but it still shows my name in the dropdown like in the image attached.
Do you have some CSS to remove my name from the dropdown please for the Crewe location. I still need to be visible under the drop downs for the Wilmslow and Hale locations.
Thanks
Mitch

Hi Mitchell,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, there isn’t an option for that at the moment. However, we do offer the ability to hide the employee selection field. Only the service selection field is mandatory—you can keep the employee and location fields optional.
You can configure this in the Customize settings by selecting the Step-by-Step Booking Form, and then adjusting the First Step settings.
I hope this helps.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

hi, I don’t want to hide both employees though as there are 2 of us and are different levels and different pricing.
Is there not any css so that the dropdown box doesn’t show my name but shows my employees name.
or where it says no data can I edit the wording there atleast so it doesn’t look like an error?
thanks
Mitch
Hi Mitchell,
Let me double-check with developers. I've tested a couple of CSS codes, but they are not working properly. I will get back to you as soon as I have feedback.

Hi Mitchell,
I’ve just received feedback from the developers. Apparently, hiding the employee using CSS is tricky because it would also require hiding the locations and services.
Instead, there is an option to completely hide the employee from the front end by disabling the relevant setting in the employee’s settings.

So I have 3 locations and 2 employees.
Mitch - works out of Crewe, Hale & Wilmslow
Gav - just works out of Crewe
As I have Gav working at the Crewe clinic I want to make myself unavailable to book for new clients online so new clients book with him so I can focus on new clients at the 2 other locations.
As I have a lot of regulars at the Crewe clinic I still need to be able to book clients in on the back end myself so they receive appointment reminders.
With the suggestions you have sent currently I can’t see how this will work as if I hide the employee then this will hide them from every location wont it?
If I hide the service it still shows the name.
If it still shows the name and says no data it looks like an error.
Do you have any more suggestions please for this to work?
Thanks
Mitch
Hi Mitchell,
Yes, that is the case. However, since this employee is assigned to two locations, adding a CSS code won’t be very helpful. The dropdown menu would still be mandatory but appear empty, meaning the information wouldn’t display properly.
This suggestion comes directly from our developers. Unfortunately, the only viable solution in this case would be to hide the employee completely, as previously mentioned.
Apologies for the inconvenience.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
