I’m reaching out regarding an issue with my booking form. When customers start but do not complete the form, the selected calendar date still gets blocked. As a result, other potential customers are unable to book the same date, which is causing me to lose bookings.

Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment. In Square as well in Mollie, an appointment is created as "pending," and if the payment fails, you would need to manually cancel the appointment.
This payment method works in such a way because the slot needs to be reserved. In the future, we will explore whether it is possible to automatically cancel the appointment in such cases. However, this does not depend solely on us at this time, and we cannot make any promises.
For now, the process has to work this way, and you will need to manually cancel these appointments. Alternatively, you can try using Stripe, which processes payments directly via credit cards, for example.
