Dear Amelia Support Team,
I have recently purchased the Amelia Pro version and I'm currently configuring my services.
I would like to set a service duration of exactly **50 minutes**, but in both the standard duration field and the "Custom Duration and Pricing" section, I only see predefined intervals (like 30min, 1h, 1h 30min, etc.) – and there doesn't seem to be a way to manually enter a custom time like "50m".
Could you please confirm whether it's possible to add a service with a custom duration (e.g. 50 minutes)?
If so, where can I enter this value?
Thank you in advance for your help!
Best regards,
Kitti Toth
Hi Kitti,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Sure it is! You need to change the default timeslot configuration to lower increments (for example 10 minutes). This will allow you the option to configure the increments in 10 minutes. This option is located in General settings.
Let me know if it works.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hi,
I have connected a WooCommerce product with one of my Amelia Packages. The product was purchased successfully and the order status is set to "Completed".
However, the customer does not appear in the Amelia → Customers section, and therefore they cannot access the purchased package or book any appointments.
I’ve confirmed that:
WooCommerce integration is enabled in the Amelia settings.
The Package is linked to the correct WooCommerce product.
There are Package Rules set under the “Completed” WooCommerce order status.
The payment was successful and the order shows as "Completed".
Still, no customer is created in Amelia, and no access to the package is granted.
Could you please advise what might be causing this issue or what steps I might be missing?
Thank you in advance!
Best regards,
Kitti
Hi Kitti,
Apologies for not mentioning it earlier. When you have several questions or issues that are not related to the title of the active ticket, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.
Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
Thank you for understanding.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
