We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi Amelia Team,
I’m using the Amelia plugin with Microsoft Teams integration and I’ve run into a limitation with the email notification placeholders.
Currently, the available Teams placeholders like %microsoft_teams_url_date_time% always output the full string, including the date, time, and the phrase “Join With Microsoft Teams.” There is no placeholder that provides only the raw Teams meeting URL.
This makes it impossible to insert a custom hyperlink with my own link text (e.g., “Click here to join the meeting”) in the email templates, as the placeholder includes both the link and unwanted text.
Feature request:
Could you please provide a separate placeholder (e.g., %microsoft_teams_url%) that outputs only the meeting URL? This would allow us to use standard HTML to customize the link text in our email notifications, just like with %zoom_join_url% for Zoom.
This small change would greatly improve the flexibility and professionalism of email notifications for Teams meetings.
Thank you for considering this improvement!
Hello Johannes,
Thank you very much for your suggestion and detailed feedback! We appreciate you taking the time to share this improvement idea regarding the Microsoft Teams placeholders.
I’ll make sure to forward this to our development team for consideration in future updates.
Thanks again for helping us make Amelia better!
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
