Hi Amelia Support,
I’ve translated all labels in Customize ▸ Labels, but two strings stay in the default language.
Cache cleared, plugins checked—other labels switch languages correctly.
Screenshots attached (ES vs EN).
How can I force these two labels to follow the active site language?
I have my website in two languages with WPML
Thanks!
Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I'm afraid we don't understand what exactly you want to achieve and what exactly is the issue? Can you explain in a little more detail and send us some screenshots or a short one-minute video?
Also check the language that is set in Amelia- On site you have British flag but it is set to eng US make sure that you have eng US sat in Ameli also.
Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Kind Regards,
