    Hello,

whenever I want to change the location of a booked appointment the time slot ets lost and I can't choose the same time slot again.

This happens to appointments that are booked in the same timezone that I am in. I already checked the time settings on wordpress and those are all according to the amelia manuals.

I also try to change the locations and choose the time slots as Admin and not employee.

Also no matter what times are set as working hours for the employee, even when working with special days I can't get back to choosing the same time slot.

    I.e.

Customer booked, monday, may 19th from 3:15 pm to 4:15 pm on loaction a, but I want to change it to location B the only time slot I get to choose is 3pm or 4 pm. Even when the working hours of the employee are set to 3:15 to 4:15 pm for that special appoiontment.

This happened to a couple of the booked appointments over the last two weeks after updating to the new Amelia version.

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

This depends on employee availability in the calendar if you have connected it and also on emplyoee work hours.

The availability of the service is defined by employees' working hours, so you would need to edit those in order to achieve this.

When you go to Amelia/Employees, and select that employee, go to the Work Hours tab. In there create several working periods. For example:

    2856665082.png

My employee would work on "Service 1" and "Service 2" from 08:00 - 10:30, on "Second" service from 10:30 - 15:30, and then again on "Service 1" and "Service 2" from 15:30 - 24:00.

You'd be adding these periods by clicking on the blue + sign next to the name of the day, in the top right.

We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

    Kind Regards,

    Marko Davidovic

I tried to do exactly that but it doesn't change a thing about the problem.

I even set the working hours for the employee to 3:15pm to 4:15pm on mondays for the exact service at location a and b but i still could not choose 3:15pm after chaging the location, only 3pm.

The emplyoe is available in her own calendar at that time.

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

    Kind Regards,
