We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello Amelia team,
First of all, thank you for your excellent work and continuous support.
I have two questions regarding the current features:
Is there a dynamic variable (such as %customer_email%, %appointment_price%, etc.) that allows me to retrieve the total amount of taxes applied to a booking?
I would like to include this information in the Stripe payment description, so that clients can clearly see all billing details.
I noticed that Amelia generates a PDF invoice for each customer, which can be manually downloaded and sent.
Is it possible to automatically send this invoice to the client right after the booking is made or once the payment is completed?
Thank you sincerely for your help and time.
Best regards,
Hello,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, the placeholder is currently missing. We are planning to add this option in future updates, but for the time being, it is not available.
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, to see if someone may have already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
Regarding the PDF invoice, it is sent to the customer by default. You just need to ensure that this option is enabled in the Notification settings.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
