In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I’m currently experiencing two issues with my Amelia plugin setup that I need assistance with:
Service Drop-Down Missing
I’ve gone through all standard troubleshooting steps, but the "Service" drop-down no longer appears when setting up a booking page. It used to show correctly before, but now only the "Employee" option is visible. I've double-checked my service and employee settings and everything seems configured properly.
Stripe Payment Options Restricted
I’ve successfully connected my Stripe account, but currently, only the basic Stripe option is available. I want to enable all available payment methods supported by Stripe, including Klarna, Apple Pay, etc. Is there a way to activate the full range of Stripe’s payment options through Amelia?
Please let me know how I can resolve both of these issues. I’m happy to provide access or further information if needed.

Hello,
Thanks for reaching out to us. The service selection dropdown appears only if multiple services are configured. The same applies to employees—if there is only a single employee and service created, Amelia won’t show any selection fields since there is no choice to make.
Regarding the additional Stripe payment methods, these depend strictly on your Stripe account settings. Amelia only uses the Stripe credentials you enter. Please check your Stripe account and ensure the other payment methods are properly enabled there.
