how can i immediately see in the calendar view who has paid online ( mollie) and who still needs to pay at the end of the appointment ?
this is visible in the appointment list (by means of the payment icons) , but not in the calendar... There I need to open the appointment and go to payment.
Adding the same icons easy icons as in the list would be VERY helpfull
Hi Erwin,
All payments are visible in the Finance section. Transactions completed via online payment methods (PayPal, Stripe, WooCommerce, Razorpay, Mollie) are automatically marked as Paid, unless you have the Deposit option enabled.
If a customer chooses the On-site payment option, the status will remain Pending until an admin manually updates it after the payment is completed in person.
Unfortunately, payment statuses are not yet displayed in the Calendar section. However, feel free to suggest this as a feature on our feature suggestion page.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
