I hope you're doing well.
I have been a loyal customer and a lifetime license holder since 2021 under the email address eladgraphics. On May 7th, 2025, I purchased a separate Amelia Starter license for someone else, but I mistakenly used the same email address associated with my lifetime account.
After completing the purchase, I did not receive any confirmation email or download link for the new plugin. I have contacted support multiple times and explained the issue, but unfortunately, it seems there has been some confusion, and the issue has not been resolved.
To avoid any further complications, I am now kindly requesting a refund for the purchase made on May 7th. Once the refund is processed, I plan to repurchase the plugin using a different email address, which I hope will work without any issues.
I’ve been very satisfied with your service over the years and hope this matter can be resolved quickly.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunatelly, it do not see any Starter licenses registered under the [email protected] email. I can only see Liteftime license, as you said, and a Pro license, which is refunded. Perhaps there is a typo or you've used a different email address?

I went ahead and purchased another Starter plugin using a different email address: [email protected]. However, you mentioned that no license was found associated with the original purchase. Could you please confirm whether the payment was successfully processed on your end?
I have already sent you a copy of my bank statement for reference, and I’m happy to resend it if needed. Please let me know if I need to contact my bank to cancel the transaction, or if this can be resolved from your side.

Well, i was trying to search for the Starter license under the [email protected]. Apparenly, I've found it under [email protected].
I will request a refund, but as you may know, it usually takes 5 - 7 business days for the funds to be processed to your account. After that you can purchase a new license under the same email address - [email protected].

I hope you're doing well.
I believe there may have been some misunderstanding in our previous communication. I originally purchased the Starter License for Amelia under the email eladgraphics, but after completing the checkout, I did not receive any download link for the plugin.
I submitted several support tickets and even sent emails to your team, but unfortunately, I did not receive a satisfactory response in time. Since I had an urgent project and could not afford further delays, I decided to purchase a second Starter License using a different email (eladboutique1) and credit card.
I had also opened a support ticket explaining my plan before proceeding with the second purchase.
To be clear:
I am actively using the license under eladboutique1 for my project — please do not cancel this license.
I am requesting a refund only for the initial purchase made under eladgraphics, since I never received access to download the plugin.
If needed, I’ve attached my bank statement in the support ticket to help verify the first transaction. I understand that payments are handled through a third-party provider, so I kindly ask you to review it on your end.

I bought the standard license, downloaded it, and installed it, but every time I tried to customize field, it asked for an upgrade. I went ahead and deleted all my data ( not good for me ), but I still have the same issue.
