Hi Amelia Support,
I’ve set up “Special Days” for an employee to allow bookings only on Fridays and Saturdays (14:00–20:00) and Sundays (14:00–18:00) during June 2025. I disabled all default working hours.
I manually added Special Days for these dates:
June 1, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15, 20, 21, 22, 27, 28, 29.
But on the booking calendar, only June 6, 7, and 8 show as available. The other dates do not appear.
Can you help me fix this?
Hi Amina,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please confirm if you've configured the work hours and special days under the employee settings, rather than the global work hours? It's important that these settings are applied at the employee level.
Also, please ensure that the service duration fits within the time slots defined in the special days. For example, if the service duration is 1 hour, the special day’s time slot must be at least 1 hour long to accommodate the booking.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hi,
Thanks for your message.
Yes, everything is already configured correctly. The work hours and special days have been set under the employee settings, not just the global ones. I've also made sure that the service duration fits within the available time slots for the special days.
Let me know if there's anything else you need from my side.
Kind regards,
Amina

Hi Amina,
Thanks for the information. Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
