I want my website visitors to be able to pick the Service first, and the location will change depending on Service selected.
I only have 1 employee, I realised that if I were to create another employee, I can't put the same email, which is really bothering me, how else can I do it?
I would like to make it clear:
1. I only have ONE employee and ONE email, and I want everything to be sent the same email.
Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
If you offer these locations at the same time you will need to create 2 employees but you can create the same mail with the workaround and then in customize section you can hide the employee field. You will need to connect them to the same calendar to avoid double booking.
As for the employees' emails, if you use Google or Outlook for emails there is a workaround. You can put the same email just place +number before @ and you will be able to save employees but all emails will go to the same email address. For example, [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] etc, will be different while saving and you will be able to save all employees but all emails will go to the [email protected] address.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic

Can you guide me on how to connect them to the same calendar? I'm starting to get pretty annoyed at Amelia, I've had it for about 6 months and I've faced so many issues, and the workarounds and fixes are so bad.
Hello Wai Yee,
Thank you for reaching out, and I’m really sorry to hear about your experience so far — I completely understand how frustrating this must be.
To answer your question: yes, it is possible to connect multiple employees to the same Google or Outlook calendar in Amelia. You can do this by authorizing the same calendar account for each employee under their profile settings in Amelia → Employees.
If you'd like, I can guide you step-by-step through the setup to make sure everything is connected properly.
Please let me know if you're using Google or Outlook, and I’ll send you the exact instructions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Thank you for the prompt reply, I apologise for my previous message, but yes, Google Calendar please.
Hello Wai Yee,
Thank you for your message!
Just to clarify — each employee in Amelia can indeed be connected to the same Google Calendar. To do this, you simply need to log in with the same Google account for each employee when authorizing the calendar under their profile in Amelia → Employees.
Let me know if you need assistance with this!
