We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

We are using Events and this has been working well. However, we have a customer on a particular event that purchased 3 tickets. These were refunded through WooCommerce and show as refunded in the Attendee list shown in Screenshot_1 attached.
However, when we export to CSV if you look at the same customer 'Gillian Collins' you can see that it shows as PAID. This caused confusion to the client.
Can you look into this please?

We just got feedback from our colleagues, and they confirmed that this is not a bug.
Attendees will appear in the CSV file regardless of their status, including those whose bookings were refunded. So even if a customer was refunded, their booking will still be listed in the export.

If the column displays incorrect data. It shows rows with Payment Status of 'Paid' when the payment status is 'refunded'. That seems like a bug and not intentional.

Yes, this is currently in the testing process, and our QA team is working on it. As soon as we have more information, we will let you know whether it has been confirmed as a bug.
In our previous response, we addressed your original question — event attendees will appear in the CSV file unless they are manually removed from the event. As for the data displayed in the CSV export, we are still waiting for the results of internal testing and will update you as soon as we have them.

We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that we could not replicate this issue.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
