In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

    Hello, 

    I bought Amelia starter 4 days ago, and I have sent a ticket and an email, but the case is still unsolved, and I am waiting for the resolution to do my work.  Please see the attached bank statement of my purchase.  The problem I'm having is that I used the same email but a different password to buy the plugin. (Amelia starter).


    I have entered my lifetime subscription code to send this ticket.  

    But my issue is with the new purchase.  I received no email or link to download the plugin.

    Please, I need help, and I have been waiting for a few days now.
