Hello,
I've noticed that some personal appointments in my Google calendar (marked as busy) are only partly taken into account by Amelia.
What I mean is that in the end, the clients can't book an appointment because they get the "time slot is unavailable" error message in the end but on the front end, they still get offered the possibility for that time of day.
What is that? And how can it be fixed? It brings annoyance to my clients who then call me directly to set their appointments.
Thank you for your support.
I used the AI bot on the Amelia website after sending this. It fixed my problem (or so it seems).
It looks as though the maximum number of events wasn't high enough.
We can close this ticket.
Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are glad to hear that and yes when you get that error setting up tios optio to 2500 or 999 fixes the issues.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic
