Ho acquistato una licenza “Pro” di Amelia dal vostro sito. Tuttavia, non riesco a trovare l’opzione custom pricing per eventi o servizi, che secondo la documentazione dovrebbe essere inclusa in questo piano.
Accedendo al mio account vedo solo le opzioni “Starter, Standard, Pro, Elite” — ma non riesco a capire se ho ricevuto realmente il piano “Pro” completo. Potreste per favore:
Verificare quale piano è attivo sulla mia licenza?
Confermarmi se il mio piano include “custom pricing”?
Eventualmente indicarmi come effettuare l’upgrade corretto?

Attualmente hai una licenza Pro, che è ancora attiva. La funzione di prezzi personalizzati è inclusa anche nella versione Standard, quindi sì, avrai accesso a questa funzione anche con la licenza Pro. Le opzioni per il prezzo personalizzato e la durata sono disponibili nelle impostazioni del servizio.
