We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Refund Request Due to Incompatibility with Seasonal Pricing Needs

    Dear Support Team/Amelia,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to request a refund for the Amelia plugin, I recently purchased. My intention was to use it for managing boat rentals, but I’ve discovered that the plugin does not support seasonal pricing, which is a crucial feature for my business.

Unfortunately, without this functionality, I am unable to use the plugin as intended. I would appreciate it if you could process a refund at your earliest convenience.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

You can achieve this with Amelia. You can create 2 service one for example for 9 months of the year and seasonal for 3 months of the year and then you can use special days option to set that this employee is working on this service with new price on those 3 months and that the rest of the year it is working on a different service with different price. Or you can create 2 employees and one service and you can set different price for each emplyoee in assigned services and then you set that one employee is working 3 months a year and the other is available 9 months a year for example. These are two option  that can help you achieve what you need.

If you still want a refund please log in to http://store.tms-plugins.com/ and under "My Licenses" click on the Three Dots on the right-hand side of the license you want to submit a refund request for:

If you don't see it, that means that the 15-day money-back guarantee period ended, and as per our refund policies (Amelia Refund PolicywpDataTables Refund Policy), you're no longer eligible for a refund. After you submit a refund request, you will not receive any confirmation emails, but you will see that the button is grayed out:

That means that the refund request is successfully submitted and that you will receive your refund in 5 - 7 business days.

Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.

We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

    Kind Regards,

    Marko Davidovic
