"Booking Time Slots will depend on the service duration" makes the problem
If I unckeck it then it corrects the times (meaning starts at 00:00) but the slots are no longer correct, meaning it can be scheduled between slot.
If I uncheck "Allow admin to book appointment at any time" then the slots are coorect but it cannot be scheduled after working hours.
Ideally I need this to follow the Start of the working hours, then apply slots of the specific service and be able to schedule before and after working hours.
BEST scenario is if you can somehow accent (BOLDER) the predefined, actual time, slots that are initially for that specific service and the rest to be regular font. That way the Admin/Employee will know what are the standards slots and if they want to make exception to do that.
Like this: here my workday starts at 11:00 this service takes 20 minutes.

Hi Gorast,
I hope you are doing well. The most common issues why this happens are timezone configuration and Google Calendar. I doubt that the issue is related to "Booking Time Slots will depend on the service duration" option since this is only related to timeslot display on the front end.
Timezone configuration must be configured to the nearest city in your timezone, and if there is a Google Calendar integration, make sure to disable the option "remove busy slots time". This would tell you if the issue is related to Google Calendar.
Unfortunatelly, the credentials are not working, I'm not able to check in.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hi Gorast,
Thanks for the credentials and apologies for the delayed answer. So, I've tried to book the same timeslot as per your screenshot, there wasn't any issue like "timeslot is not available". Here is the test appointment.
The timezone configuration is correct, so that's not an issue, however, if i understand correctly, an admin doesn't see the same timeslots as shown on the front end?
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hi, yes. When "Booking Time Slots will depend on the service duration" is on then the time is off.
Thanks.
Hi Gorast,
But if this option is enabled, then an admin would see the timeslots based on the service duration. These two options are only reflected to the backend, not front end. The first option will allow an admin to book at any time, which means that all timeslots will be available for booking. Like this, for example -
However, with the second option enabled, Amelia will show the timeslots based on the service duration. In this case service 1 has duration of 4 hours, so the timeslots are shown according to this
This is not related to front end, as for the front end, there is this option

Hi Stefan,
the problem is that on the Admin side, the time slots does not match to the actual slots.
As you can see here, in the frontend the day starts at 11:00 and that is the first slot.
But when its checked, the backend does not fit the time. For instance as you can see bellow, the Admin cannot create appointment at 11:00 oclock.
And then the error occurs.
Thanks,
Gorast
Hi Gorast,
But there is already a couple of appointments booked for May 22. If you take a look at November for example (which is empty), even without the "allow admin to book at any time" option enabled, an admin can still see all timeslot in the backend. This is because in this case, Amelia follows the employee work hours configuration.
If you select Ankica Grujevska (hbt/ 02) her work hours starts from 11 AM
If you want to create a new appointment for any date in November, she can booked for any timeslot according to her work hours
Of course, if the option in User Role admin section is enabled, an admin can book at any time, no matter the employee work hours.

Stefan Petrov

Hi can you please check the other service, like on this image:
https://prnt.sc/_cCqjVO8CPd8
Choose: Терапија со црвена светлина (RLT) with Ankica Grujevska (RLT) as employee.
Thanks,
Gorast
Hi Gorast,
It's the same for this employee. Ankica is already booked for 22 May for 11:25 (capacity is 1/1), but you also have a buffer time of 15 minutes added for this service.
If you take a look at 31 May for example (no appointments), all timeslots are available again

Stefan Petrov

Hi,
Its happening now. Please see the image for reference.
There are no other services that are overlapping.
Also, you can see that this has nothing to do with the timings that are on the fronted.
Frontend:
This happens only when Admin can book is enabled:
Please advice, this is urgent.
Thanks,
Gorast

Hello. We have same issue on admin side after recent update. We have disabled Allow admin to book appointment at any time and also new option Allow admin to book over an existing appointment . Basically, General working hours are Mon, Wed and Frid until 18:00 Tuesday and Thurdsday until 20:00. When admin wants to book appoitment from back end maximum available time is 16:45 (15 min buffer time after appoitment). From customer portal side seems everything fine.
Update: I think when we just re-saved working hours/employee working hours and cleared cache has resolved the issue. No action required
Hi Gorast,
Apologies for the delayed answer. The backend and front-end views are not the same because of the actual option enabled in the backend. An admin sees the timeslots differently in the backend because of the allow admin to book at any time option. If the "Allow admin to book at any time" option is enabled, then he will see the timeslots available based on the default timeslot step. You current default timeslot step is 5 minutes, thus the timeslots are shown like this
However, if you enable the other option in User Role settings "Booking Time Slots will depend on the service duration and the admin will see the timeslot based on the service duration.
This service "ПРОБЕН (HbT) третман" has a duration of 1h and 15 minutes, thus, the timeslots are shown like this
This has nothing to do with the front end, as these options are only reflected in the backend. Customers will still see the front end as the employee work hours configuration.
The appointment that you are referring to (May 27, 17:15) has a capacity 1/2. However, if you wish to add another customer to this particular timeslot, you can add the customer name directly in Appointment section.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
