Hi,
Yesterday I updated Amelia to the last version and now the payments with woocommerce are not working. After the client books the appointment in the Amelia widget, when it redirects to the woocommerce payment page, it just says that the shopping cart is empty.
I’ve already checked PHP sessions, cache clearing, cookies, AJAX, and the Amelia product setup, and everything seems to be configured properly. Is there any known bug with this version or a recommended solution?
Also, when I updated to the last version the plugin said that I don´t have the pro version (which I do). So I returned to the last version of Amelia. But the payment problem is still there.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Its not a bug, the WooCoomerce cart must be configured as the WooCoomerce products. It is usually happening because the WooCoomerce product is not assigned to Amelia service and when the service is selected, then WooCoomerce cant read the product. Make sure to assign the correct WooCoomerce product and configure the Cart. Details are explained in our documentation on this link, so make sure to follow the steps explained.
