We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Greetings,
welcome back from the holidays!
I am gradually moving to booking form v2 and I noticed that the two color shades that show available appointments/ busy dates on the calendar , do not represent the actual appointments left.
Do I miss something? Please not that some appointments are booked on a Google calendar and a few on Amelia, is that relevant?
Many thanks
Hello Athanasios,
Thank you, it's great to be back!
To better understand the issue, could you please share a few screenshots of the calendar where you're seeing the mismatched availability colors? Also, if possible, let me know which specific dates you're referring to and whether those appointments are synced from Google Calendar or booked through Amelia directly.
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

As you can see, the darker shade is not relevant to the busy times (Google calendar+ Amelia). Maybe it shows only Amelia appointments? If so, it does not really make much sense...

Hello Athanasios,
Thank you for your feedback.
You’re absolutely right—the darker shade currently reflects only appointments booked through Amelia, and does not factor in events pulled from your Google Calendar. I understand how that can be confusing, especially when trying to avoid double bookings.
I’ve passed this along to our development team as a suggestion for future improvements, so we can provide a more unified and intuitive availability display.
Thank you again for your input!
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
