Hi,
i have multiple people who give workshops at multiple location. Every workshop date is an event.
That is why i have a lot of work creating and editing events and event dates, times and info.
Is there any way to automate this with google sheets and AI?
Do you have any tip for me about how to optimize the process of creating and updating events?
Best regards
Milan
Hello Milan,
Thank you for reaching out.
Unfortunately, Amelia does not support any automation for creating or updating events via Google Sheets or AI. All events must be managed manually within the plugin.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,

Hi, is there any chance to enter ney events with sql?
And is there is, could you provide the sql for that?
Best regards
Milan
Hello Milan,
Yes, it is technically possible to insert new events into the database using SQL. Below is the SQL template for inserting into the wp_amelia_events table:
⚠️ Important Note:
Directly interacting with the database via SQL is risky and not officially supported. It bypasses all validation, triggers, and internal logic Amelia uses when creating an event through the dashboard — so it can lead to data corruption or malfunction if not done properly.
Let me know if you need help filling in any specific values or want an example with real data.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
