We’ve encountered a connection issue with the customer panel, which seems to have appeared after the upgrade to version 8.2.1 (though we are not entirely sure if the issue existed before the upgrade).
Here’s a summary of the issue:
I book a new appointment, which successfully creates both the customer and the appointment.
Afterward, I click the customer panel link on the "congratulations" view following appointment creation. I’ve also tried clicking the link from the notification email.
However, I am redirected to the password creation page. When I attempt to set the password, I encounter the following error: "You are not allowed to access this page."
I’ve attempted to log in by clearing the cookies and using a different browser, via the "forgot password" link, but the issue persists.
I decoded the ameliaToken, and it appears that the token was created today, but it expired yesterday.
I am sharing the details of the decoded token below for your reference.
Could you kindly assist with resolving this issue?

Thanks for the credentials.
Unfortunately, there is a known issue in Amelia 8.2.1 affecting the customer panel — it won’t function properly unless the employee panel is also configured. I’ve checked your site and noticed that the employee panel hasn’t been set up yet.
The current workaround is to configure both the employee and customer panels. We’re actively working on fixing this in a future update, but in the meantime, please try setting up the employee panel and test the functionality again.
