We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    I am requesting a refund past the refund policy because my website designer and I are at a complete loss on how to use the Amelia plug-in. I submitted a service ticket a couple of months ago with questions on figuring out how my schedule is displayed. I followed all of the instructions and thought it was working properly, however... there was a scheduling malfunction with a client who booked. They booked a time available on my website and I was notified that it was booked for a completely different day and time (plus it got scheduled for 12:30 AM... which isn't even possible because it's not an option anywhere on my website.) That scheduling issue cost me a client and I can't even speak to a customer service representative directly about the issue, or be walked through the process in real time. If I had known that Amelia does not offer live support, I would not have chosen this booking platform.

    I have poured countless hours into trying to figure this out and have payed my website designer to try and figure it out and I have reached a point that I would respectfully ask for a refund on my annual subscription. The plug-in is not beginner/user friendly and, other than some trial runs to test out the booking, I have only had one real client book through my website... which ended up not even working. 

    Thank you for your time and for considering this refund.
