We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Trouble with Outlook integration

     I have a website where Amelia is plugged, and it's been a year without any problem. Now, I want to make my business evolve, and I want people to have access to Teams meetings. I did everything to connect Outlook, and then Teams to my plugin. And to avoid any trouble, I tried to replace google calendar with outlook. Everytime I do this : Nothing on the plugin works as it should. I can book an appointment on the front end, it appears on the appointment list on the backend, but never appears on the calendar, and none of the emails are sent. Every time I want to modify an appointment, It never saves, and I can't close the popup on the right of my screen, the loading icon never disappears. I really would like to get rid of Google to focus on Outlook, but now I can't. I tried with both of the services connected, and with one or the other disconnected, and every time Outlook is involved, I can't use Amelia properly. I have a website with the latest version of Wordpress, 6.8 and Amelia 8.2.1.
