When sending appointment confirmation emails related to the "cart," placeholdersĀ are not replaced with actual their actual values.
Instead, users receive emails showing the raw placeholders, resulting in an unprofessional and confusing message.

Hello Nael,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
In order for the placeholders related to the "cart" to be properly displayed in the confirmation emails, you'll need to configure the %cart_appointments_details% placeholder in the Notifications settings. This placeholder is specifically designed to handle the cart content and must be included in your email template.
Additionally, any other relevant placeholders (such as %customer_name%, %service_name%, etc.) should be added within the cart appointment template, not just the main email body.
Once you set it up this way, the placeholders should render correctly and your customers will receive clear and professional notifications.
Please let us know if you need help with configuring this.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
