In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hi! This program has worked great until all of a sudden- anyone who registers and pays for an event on my site does NOT get added to the event attendees. I have to then go back and manually enter them. Never had this issue before.
I use woocommerce and I've checked the settings. I have no idea what is going wrong. Please help!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Thanks for the credentials and apologies for the delayed answer. We've had Labor Day holiday, responses are a bit delayed. I went ahead a booked a test event. If you take a look at the event attendees, you can see the attende name clearly.
According to this, everything works properly. Perhaps you are referring to other issue?

So i went again and tested booking. I've had to enable "on site" payment in WooCoomerce settings in order to be able to proceed with the booking. Apparently, an attende is not saved, but I'm noticing some changes in WooCoomerce rules. You only have one rule added, even through these are the default WooCoomerce rules. Can you add them and test it again?
I don't see any other options enabled that might cause this issue so i suppose it's the WooCoomerce rules.

I actually removed those rules AFTER the problem started to happen in case they were the reason for it. However, I added them back and I believe that it reset it. Could you make sure its all set on your end? However, I did not get an "order" through woocommerce. Just the sign up for the event....
