We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Dear WP Amelia Support Team,

    First, I would like to thank you for developing such a reliable and high-quality booking plugin. We have been using WP Amelia successfully for our BellaHelena beauty salon's appointment system, and it has been an excellent investment.

    I am currently testing the new Divi 5.0 Alpha version, which Elegant Themes has been developing for the past year. Divi 5.0 brings substantial improvements such as variables support, enhanced responsive editing, and up to 65% faster page load speeds compared to Divi 4.0. I have been following their progress here: https://www.elegantthemes.com/divi-5/.

    As part of my testing, I created a staging site on a Cloudways server. Divi’s migration tool flagged WP Amelia as not yet fully compatible with Divi 5.0. After installing Divi 5.0, I noticed that while all my site pages opened normally under the WordPress Admin account, the Divi Builder itself would not launch properly – likely due to WP Amelia’s current incompatibility.

    Since I manage multiple websites using Divi Builder, and I am very interested in upgrading to Divi 5.0 for its many benefits, I would like to kindly ask:
    When do you plan to release an update ensuring full compatibility with Divi 5.0?

    This information would be very valuable for my planning and migration work.
