We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi;

    I am using Latepoint appointment system.

    Here is how i work;

    1- I get payment for 8 bookings quantitiy in front

    2- I give them 8 bookings in time.

    3- I check if they still have more bookings, if not i tell them to buy new.

    Question is;

    I will create a table with costumer list and appointment quantity they paid for by using your plugin.

    The quantitiy will reduce with the following information;

    Your table plugin will hook data from Latepoint (Customer name+Appointment date+Appointment Status)

    Hello,

    We don't have any native integration with Latepoint (or any other booking plugin) at the moment. You can make a future development suggestion, but we can't say if or when it could be realised.

    Please feel free to search on our suggestions page

     to see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there,  and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.

    You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like ( it is also available in the plugin dashboard), where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;

    and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

    2. If you have coding skills and would like to create a custom integration, you can refer to our Developer’s Handbook, which includes various examples of custom hooks. Our developers continuously update it with new examples.

    Please note that custom solutions using hooks are not covered by our support.

    3. At this time, if you need to retrieve data from another plugin, you have a couple of options:

    However, please be aware that writing or debugging custom SQL queries is outside the scope of our support.

    And i just wanted to point out that you can try wpDataTables before purchasing

     on our sandbox Demo sites ( you can find links for the main plugin Demo,

    as well as add-on Demos, in my signature),

    and there is a 15-day money-back guarantee period,

    so if you purchase the plugin, you can safely fully test it out, and if it doesn't fit your needs you can request and receive a refund in that period. ( same goes for all plugins and add-ons)

    Let me know if you have any additional questions.

    Kind Regards,

    Miloš Jovanović
