We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    We're are having continued issues with the Amelia plugin. We are running version 7.7 right now, because when we update to 8.2 the plugin breaks and users cannot make a booking. But with 7.7 users are now and then having issues making bookings, the booking process gets to a certain point adjust loads and loads and won't go through. I used to get emails with plugin version updates to download the current version package, but I have not seen one come through in some time now. Can you please provide the new version this way, I think when i run the update through WordPress, it is like a portion of the plugin files is not downloading so it's updating an incomplete update.

    There is no and there was no such bug to be honest in the update and we can not investigate now since the issue is resolved. Most likely there was a conflict of roles but we can not know that now and we are glad to hear that all is working fine now.
