You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

Dear Team.
I’m writing to ask for your help regarding the package services in Amelia.
When a client books a package, the system registers the booking time immediately in the finance section. However, the actual appointment is scheduled for a later date, which causes a duplication in the finance records for Amelia.
Additionally, clients often don't have the option to book multiple services at the same time, which creates confusion and problems. Also, the system is not sending confirmation emails to the clients, and I don't see the appointments properly synchronized in the calendar.
Could you please assist me in resolving these issues?

Hi Carolina,
I hope you are doing well. Have you configured the timezone settings to the nearest city in your timezone instead of UTC? It should be set to the nearest city, so please make sure to configure it correctly.
By default, Amelia doesn't allow customers to book multiple services at the same time, but this can be configured using the Cart function. Also, packages are only booked for a single customer, meaning the appointments can only be booked for that customer and for the services included in the package.
Regarding the notifications, this is a different topic, so I would kindly ask you to open a new ticket and provide more details there. We will be happy to assist you further.
