We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
A while ago I got help with the synchronization between Google Calendar and Amelia. I connected Amelia to Google calendar, but I still don't see Amelia events appearing in my Google calender. How is this possible?
Hi Eline,
Thanks for reaching out to us. The issue might be related to the Google Calendar settings configuration. It’s important to first establish the sync between Google Calendar and the employee’s calendar. Once that’s done, you can proceed with configuring the Google Calendar settings. Try increasing the maximum number of events in the Google Calendar settings — by default, it’s set to 50, but you can increase it to a higher number. Also, make sure that the “Remove busy slots” option is enabled.
Let me know if it works.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hi Stefan,
I established the synchronization between Google Calendar and the employee’s calendar. Once I assign the employee to an event in Amelia (with synchronized Google Calendar), the event does not appear in the calendar
Could it be related to the fact that I am assigning an employee to an event instead of an appointment in Amelia? Or could it be related to the fact that I assigned a sub-calendar to the employee (not the main calandar of the Google account)
Hi Eline,
Unfortunately, sub-calendars won't be available with Google Calendar sync. Only appointments from the main calendar assigned to a specific employee will be visible, as long as the booking was made for that particular employee. This applies to both events and appointments. For events, however, you’ll need to ensure that an employee is added to the "Event Staff" field.
If the appointments are still not visible, you can try increasing the maximum number of events in the Google Calendar integration settings.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
