does not work on my system. The Browse button is disabled (see attached screenshot).
I've confirmed that I'm trying to update a manual table.

I think it's great that you folks get to take time off. Seriously.
But this ticket was submitted before your time off...and there was no action on it, for days. Only an automated acknowledgement.
Do you even bother to actually provide support? Or do you just take my money and have fun with it?
