Hi
We see that Amelia is cancelling every booking that is not paid at time (Mollie).
In the finance section, we see the payment 'pending', in the Appointment section we see the booking 'cancelled'.
Is it correct that the application is cancelling the appointments when not being paid at time? Is there a way to unable this? Sometimes people want to pay when the booking is confirmed so they wait.
Hello Bart,
Thank you for your patience.
Yes, that is the expected behavior. When a customer cancels the payment during the Mollie checkout process, Amelia marks the booking as "Cancelled" and the payment status as "Pending."
This happens because the booking is not successfully completed without a confirmed payment.
At the moment, there is no option to disable this behavior. If you prefer that customers confirm the booking first and pay later, you could consider offering "on-site" or "manual" payment options instead of requiring online payment upfront.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
