You sent me a link to download the latest version. I clicked on it and selected the download, but it failed due to a "network error". Now when I click on the link you sent me in the email, it takes me to an "expired" page - despite the fact that your email says I should be able to download it 5 times before this happens and I haven't even downloaded it once yet!
