We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi -
WordPress is telling me there is an update. However, I can't update it the normal way. If I go to plugins and click on the link to view the update details, I get a button that says "Update Now", but that doesn't work either. I followed the instructions your bot gave me, and tried to download from my account - but it won't even let me do that!
Hi -
Thanks for this. Unfortunately, I'm still having problems.
I downloaded the file, but it won't install the way you suggested. I get the dreaded "Link has expired" error, which is usually because the file is too big.
So I therefore changed the max upload file size to 128M - which is far bigger than the plugin, but I still get the same error.
I seem to remember I had exactly the same problem when I purchased the upgrade. In the end, I resorted to unpacking the ZIP file and using FTP to upload the unpacked files.
However, having done that, (and the log shows 14,053 files successfully uploaded), WordPress is still telling me I have version 8.2 and I need to upgrade to 8.2.1!
Really need your help!
Kind regards
Tim
Hello again,
You can try and update it via FTP.
This should help.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

Well, I've tried that - and this also failed! Caused a critical error:
