We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Buongiorno, ho provato ad effettuare delle personalizzazioni al template: alcune modifiche sono state memorizzate ma altre no e sono ancora quelle di default. Perché alcune modifiche sono perfette e altre sono ancora quelle "vecchie"?

    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    It is possible that you have created a conflict of roles. For example if you have added Italian in Amelia also while WordPress is set to Italian in that case you saved Italian as a second language.

     

    It is possible that you have added your language in Amelia as an additional language.

    So for example, if WordPress is set to Spanish Amelia is automatically translated to Spanish and you must not add Spanish to Amelia. In case you did that you must not remove it since in that case you created a conflict and then you will see the additional language in Amelia's notifications section like this

    So now you need to copy the template from default notifications to that additional language in this case Spanish for example and then you need to paste this template there.

    Save those settings and purge the cache and after that the correct text should be sent.
